J-S/Eye is our multipurpose CCTV system utilizing up to 16 explosion-proof cameras throughout your vessel.
Our Alternative Maritime Power (AMP) allows for a dramatic reduction in emission of environmental pollutants by connecting a docked vessel to the shore’s power supply. Last but not least, our infoceanus series of digital solutions (command, connect, and assist) support vessel navigation, improve vessel-to-shore communication, and allow shore-side monitoring of vessel performance using edge technology, cloud storage, and some helpful AI.
Founded in 1948, JRCS has supported safe and efficient sailing for over 70 years and counting! Beginning with the sale of marine radio and navigation instruments, our company has grown to become one of the world's only manufacturers capable of providing the latest power and automation systems to LNG (liquefied natural gas) carriers as a sole supplier. But we don’t stop at carriers! Over 8000 of various vessels have been supplied with JRCS products, supporting safe and efficient navigation of the world’s oceans.
In 2018, JRCS also began development and research of digital solutions to support increasing digital innovation in the maritime industry, even involving ourselves in government initiatives like the Nippon Foundation "MEGURI2040" Autonomous Ship Project.
