Dual-fuel engines that operate on both environmentally friendly natural gas and conventional petroleum fuel require precise control and must offer high safety and durability. We have incorporated the results of extensive research on the internal combustion engine into the development of our dual-fuel engines. Daihatsu’s dual-fuel engines offer accurate and stable operation on natural gas while incorporating the excellent environmental performance inherited from our diesel engines, which boast features such as a fuel injection system with high control precision, superb fuel efficiency, and outstanding engine durability.
Our company started as “Hatsudoki Seizo Co., Ltd.” in 1907, where is one of the most popular spot in Japan as Umeda Sky Building now and have manufactured mainly marine and general-purpose diesel engines since 1966 and grown with our customers in the changing times. In May 2025, DAIHATSU DIESEL MFG.CO.,LTD was reborn as DAIHATSU INFINEARTH MFG.CO.,LTD. The new company name “DAIHATSU INFINEARTH” is a coined word that combines “Infinity” and “Earth” and expresses our strong will to pursue technological innovation and provide infinite new possibilities for the global environment. We will create engines for next-generation fuels as a power supply company leading the future.
